Kitto Construction Optimistic

The Managing Director of Bristol building experts Kitto says his company is weathering the recession due to specialising in the Health and Education sectors and continually raising quality standards.

Graham Rowe said "Funding for several of our ongoing projects is in place which has helped tide us through this recession."

Kitto recently finished work on a £1.5 million refurbishment of the music school at Bristol's Clifton College, and is currently building a £3 million medical centre at Wellington in Somerset.

"When times are tough, it helps to have an established reputation for quality and reliability" said Mr Rowe.

Mr Rowe said Kitto, which is based on Cheltenham Road, Bristol, is adding value to its services by working with clients from an early stage to help make schemes viable and remove uncertainties.

Kitto is committed to completing the new Wellington Medical Centre to BREEAM excellant standard. This new highly environmentally-friendly standard involves designing a very efficient building in sustainable grounds and using local recycled resources wherever possible.
