Kitto Developments Ltd is the land & property division of Kitto Group PLC. We identify, evaluate and promote sites for commercial developments including retail, office, industrial, primary care, care home and leisure uses.
Developed for sale to owner occupiers, or onward sale to investors, we increasingly work to meet the specific needs of our clients. Every development is carefully conceived, planned and designed to maximise the site’s development potential.
When working to a client’s brief to identify sites to meet specific requirements we use various methods including web based research and long-standing working relationships between Kitto and local property professionals to help in early identification of suitable sites. Negotiations for site acquisition can then proceed after a thorough site evaluation. We will secure sites whilst obtaining necessary approvals and funding.
Working closely with our experienced professional consultants on the planning, site, design and specification we also prepare detailed financial appraisals of costing for every aspect of any new development. Utilising the full range of complimentary expertise within Kitto Group we provide a complete service from the very earliest concept stage, through site identification and acquisition to ‘design & build’ of the new building completed on time and within budget.
