About Kitto Group PLC

Kitto Group PLC is the Bristol (UK) based private holding company of Kitto Construction Ltd, Kitto Developments Ltd, and Kitto Joinery Ltd.

Kitto Construction Ltd was established in 1973 by Graham Rowe the group Managing Director. We have successfully built numerous schemes over the years for clients such as Blackwell’s Bookshops, BP Chemicals, Bristol Cathedral School, City of Bristol College, Clifton College, Colston Girls’ School, DHSS, North Bristol NHS Trust, Philips Medical Systems, The Red Maids’ School, SCOPE, Siemens Medical Solutions, Swansea NHS Trust, University of the West of England and Wincanton Logistics.

As quality design & build contractors who can be trusted to deliver on time and to budget every time, we attract a high level of repeat business on a negotiated basis. We specialise in new design & build construction within the education, commercial, sport & leisure, health sectors and medical diagnostic pre-installation sectors.

Kitto Developments Ltd undertakes small speculative commercial and mixed use schemes together with offering a bespoke service to specific clients such as Tesco Stores Ltd. Schemes range in value from £250,000 to £4.0m

Kitto Joinery Ltd complements these two operations by producing high quality joinery for retail clients, other contractors and group members.

Area of operation. Generally within 2 hours drive of Bristol.
